Credit Analyst

An established wealth management company, specializing in funding and investments is seeking the expertise of a Credit Analyst to join their investment team.
Responsible for analyzing unlisted businesses, preparing loan submissions and related agreements.
Responsibilities: Ensure all policies and procedures are followedPrepare documentation and analysis, financial forecast models and Investment memo'sEstablish and ensure company procedures meet conditions for the provisions, special loan conditions for clientsPrepare and conclude loan agreements and further documentationMonitor loan agreement compliance and credit exposureCommunicate with other staff on matters relating to existing and new loansRequirements: Minimum of CA(SA) / CFA or equivalent tertiary qualificationMinimum of 3 years' experience in the credit and risk industry, corporate finance preferred, alternatively the role can be suited to Newly Qualified CA's who have Financial Services experience during their articlesMust have a passion for lending, markets and uplifting smaller companiesHighly analytical and attention to detailExcellent understanding of different industriesAbility to work independently as well as part of a team Self-motivated, professional, dynamic and passionately results drivenPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
