We are currently seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist with a comprehensive skill set encompassing graphic design, content creation, social media management, monitoring of metrics as well as setting up and carrying out strategic marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating compelling marketing materials across various platforms, particularly for high-end Lodges, Hotels, and Travel. We are looking for a self-motivated person who understands how to communicate a story of luxury experiences and manage projects effectively.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Web Design/Development Co-Ordinator: Co-ordinate with the web design team to implement strategic marketing plans and graphic design rollouts. Monitor web performance metrics and improve based on results.Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics for marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence.Content Creation: Craft engaging content for newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing channels.Demonstrate a flair for both written content and aesthetics.Collateral Design and Production: Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and banners that align with the brand identity.Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.Create and schedule content, respond to audience engagement, and analyze performance metrics.Copywriting: Utilize strong copywriting skills to convey brand messaging effectively across various platforms.Presentations: Design visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate key messages.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Matric essential.Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing or related field.Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in graphic design, strategic marketing, and social media.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva and design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Ability to personally create and design marketing materials with attention to detail and creativity.Social media management experience with a proven ability to engage and grow online communities.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Open to SA citizens with a clear criminal and credit history.Valid unendorsed Driver's License with own vehicle, preferred.IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTESMust possess an ownership mentality and a willingness to take responsibility for tasks through to completion.Attention to detail, goal-oriented, and a desire to achieve your objectives.Highly organized, good at multi-tasking, and able to deal with people at all levels.Location: Port Elizabeth
