We're looking for a visionary Creative Partner who is as passionate about the art of storytelling as they are about the science of CRM and digital technologies.Requirements:Highly conceptual (Must demonstrate with at least 5 projects)Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking (Provide 3 examples)Must have led the conceptualization and execution of integrated campaigns and pure digital campaigns (Show a minimum of 4 examples)Must demonstrate an understanding of digital platforms and digital channelsMust demonstrate an ability to use multimedia programs (Editing, recording, etc.)Track record of winning international and local awards i.e. Cannes, One Show, Loeries, Clios, Bookmarks, etc.Must demonstrate examples of leadership skills & problem-solvingIn-depth working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies & platformsA strong understanding of best practice interaction and visual design principlesKey Responsibilities:You will help lead our passionate, multi-talented studio guiding all members to deliver exceptional digital-led concepts to exceed client briefs and expectations.Be a thought leader within the team, so they can expect to be craft-led, strategically driven, and strong conceptual thinkers with a desire to transform brands by creating beautiful, intuitive, and human-centered products and experiences.Be tuned into all aspects of popular culture and the platforms and media it plays in, as well as have a strong point of view on what it takes to win in this space.Must be able to partner with the Technical and Business Leads to ensure client work is run smoothly and delivered correctly.Daily Activities:You will lead client agency/client brainstorms & workshops to determine KPIs, strategic direction and set ways of working to maintain client relationshipsDrive integration, with weighting on digital platformsScope, plan & manage the creative process on projectsManage & mentor creative teamsWork with other disciplines (Strategy, Development, Data, SEO, Design) to ensure cohesive team integration, and alignment with broader business objectivesBe a champion for innovation on every project you touchPlay an active role in campaign planningDrive real-time optimization of the digital work in partnership with strategy and dataParticipate in pitches for new businessDefine the direction for overall campaignsManage multiple projects simultaneouslyGenerate ideas and sell them to clients and other members of the teamMockup creative ideasConsistently produce creative elements against a deliverables listOversee the craft.
