Job DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To lead our dynamic creative team and provide direction on all creative projectsA visionary leader with a passion for creativity, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work across various mediumsThe Creative Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring that all creative output aligns with our strategic objectivesTeam Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals to produce outstanding work that exceeds expectationsProject Management: Oversee all creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest qualityCreative Direction: Provide clear and concise direction to the creative team, guiding them through the creative process and helping them bring ideas to lifeBrand Management: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative assetsCollaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure that creative work supports overall business objectivesQuality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of creative work to ensure that it meets brand standards and exceeds client expectationsTalent Development: Identify training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilitiesStay Current: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to continuously improve the quality of our creative outputRequirementsBachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, communications, or a related fieldProven experience (5 years) in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house creative departmentStrong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across various mediums, including digital, print, and videoExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedbackExceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teamsProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strategic mindset, with the ability to align creative work with business objectives and target audience needsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest qualityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
