R 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 (South African Rand)About the job Creative Director ( USA Hours ) OnsiteLocation: Onsite in SandtonHours: Based on US time (3 PM - 12 AM)Start Date: ASAPMandatory: Own a car for the hours onsite ( no Uber or public transport ) Mandatory: Lead a teamResponsibilities:Oversee a team of approximately 15 artists.Lead the layout artist team.Communicate training to the team effectively.Manage workflow within the department to ensure efficiency.Implement measures to ensure all work is accurate and meets high-quality standards.Enforce and maintain high-quality standards consistently.Ensure a 24-hour proof turnaround time.Pay meticulous attention to detail.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an art director or similar role.Proven leadership and team management experience.Proficiency in Adobe Suite.Proficiency in CorelDraw.Proficiency in Photoshop.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
