Creative Director - Sandton - SavageOne Pty LtdJob Title: Creative Director (USA Hours)Salary Range: R 30,000.00 - R 50,000.00 per annum (South African Rand)About the Position:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our team of artists.Location: Onsite in SandtonHours: Based on US time (15:00 - 00:00 SA Time)Start Date: ASAPMandatory: Own a car for the hours onsite (no Uber or public transport)Mandatory: Lead a team of approximately 15 artistsKey Responsibilities:Oversee the layout artist team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outputCommunicate training to the team effectively, promoting skill development and growthImplement measures to maintain accuracy and quality standards consistentlyEnsure a 24-hour proof turnaround time, prioritizing timely deliveryPay meticulous attention to detail, identifying and addressing any errors or inconsistenciesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in an art director or similar roleProven leadership and team management experience, with a strong track record of successProficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, CorelDraw, and other relevant toolsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
