Skills: Exceptional design skills with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of work. Strong leadership, management, and team-building abilities. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.

Project Oversight: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative outputs. Design Strategy: Formulate strategic design approaches that address business challenges and opportunities, enhancing user experience and customer engagement. Team Management: Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, art directors, and related creatives.
Foster a collaborative, creative, and productive work environment. Talent Development: Identify training needs, facilitate workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching to improve team skills and creativity. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company objectives.
