Job Title: Junior Art Director
Job Description: As a key member of our design team, the Junior Art Director will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts in collaboration with copywriters and creative directors.Identify and develop big ideas that drive business results.Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders using a variety of techniques.Visualize and interpret concepts into design.Take ownership of creative work and lead the design team by example.Ensure the brand tone and position are consistently represented in creative work.Provide insightful and creative executions that positively impact client business.Lead, motivate, and develop the design team.Act as a main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management.
