With digital experience across financial services, automotive, petro chemical, FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, tobacco and NGOs, we offer solid customer engagement, longer tenure and ultimately increased customer spend.Creative Director with CRM, Direct, Loyalty experienceWe're looking for an experienced Creative Director with an amazing portfolio that demonstrates expertise in Direct Marketing, CRM and Loyalty (across a range of channels).RequirementsManage a creative team of 2 writers, 4 designers, 1 DTP operator, and freelancers as neededBe responsible for all creative output across all clientsInspire, manage and motivate the team through regular check-ins and initiativesHave a conceptual bent, and be able to crack concepts, with and without the team, and review those presented to you, as well as improving and building on ideas presentedManage the delivery of the briefs/concepts through to final deliverables together with Traffic, ensuring all artworks are delivered on time and to specificationPresent strategy, ideas and creative to stakeholders for sign offAssist with the broader creative team's workload where appropriate from a copywriting or design perspective.
