We are looking for a team player with an expertise in creative and UX design. Up-to-date knowledge and the skills to develop a visual strategy, to interpret our clients' needs and to design solutions with high visual impact is essential. The candidate will work on a variety of clients potentially ranging across different sectors, including products, websites, packaging, OOH, corporate identity, etc. The candidate may also be client facing, communicating with clients and managing small or part of larger accounts.
Responsibilities: Cultivate a solid body of work Meet and communicate with client to gather a brief to record requirements and clients' needs Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite applications) Think creatively & strategically and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas Amend final designs to clients' comments and gain full approval Work as part of a team with copywriters, fellow designers, executives, etc. Follow the traffic control and task manager processes
Requirements: Proven well thought through creative graphic designing including client facing experience of 3+ years Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality A strong visual portfolio Ability to interact, communicate with and manage clients, as well as presenting ideas to clients Strong communicational and good client relational skills Up to date with industry leading software and technologies Highly proficient in all design aspects Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines Attention to detail Taking ownership of tasks
