Reporting to the Global Content Marketing Director (GCMD) and working closely with the Marketing Content Lead, the Creative Design Lead is responsible for the design and delivery of all marketing assets for a particular company division and ensuring they comply with company brand guidelines.What you will do:Manage a number of specialist design agencies to deliver marketing assets across a range of formats like video, podcasts, print, ebooks, infographics etc.
for a variety of platforms web, social media, slide decks etc.Use Indesign to develop some print and e-book material.Ensure all marketing assets for a particular company division comply with group guidelines.Manage relationships with design agencies.Manage and deliver a portfolio of marketing asset development projects to time and budget.Design and layout some printed collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.Design and develop graphics for stands and website.Tactical Editing of video assets.Organize the suite of marketing assets for a particular company division and fulfilling requests for copies from around the business, e.g., Print copies of brochures.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design/Design/Media Design.7+ years' experience of a wide range of graphics tools and design approaches across a range of formats: print, video, web etc.Experience of working to branding guidelines.Developing a house style within brand guidelines.Experience of managing agencies.Experience of delivering multiple projects in parallel.Experience of budget management.Experience working in professional services company or large matrixed organization an asset.Ability to work across different time zones and attend global meetings.Additional InformationPlease submit a relevant portfolio and/or a link to your portfolio along with your application/resume.Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
