Reporting to our Senior Creative Communications Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of creative communications assets, managing projects from initial conceptualisation to final delivery.
You will also support the development of the brand and including support in the creation of company reports, presentations, posters, and infographics.GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:Assist in developing and executing on projects maintaining the visual direction of the brand and all projects, ensuring creative concepts are in alignment with the company's vision and goals.Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines ensuring consistency in visual identity across all creative outputs, helping to develop and update brand guidelines as needed.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors by working closely with Corporate Affairs and other corporate functions to ensure creative outputs meet business objectives and timelines.Support the development of multimedia content, assisting with the creation of video content, animations, or interactive media for internal and external communication purposes.Manage creative projects from concept to completion ensuring ownership of various projects.Monitor and report on project progress by tracking the progress of own creative projects, provide regular updates to the Senior Creative Communications Officer.Provide creative input and feedback to junior team members.Actively participate in brainstorming meetings, bringing fresh ideas to the table and contributing to the creative process.Maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms.Ensure that digital assets and content are accessible to all audiences adhering to relevant accessibility standards.Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them where appropriate to enhance the company's creative outputs.ExperienceAt least 5-7 years of relevant experience, with five or more years as a mid-level creative in an agency or corporate environment.Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from brainstorming and developing ideas for projects, and/or campaigns, to final delivery within agreed deadlines.Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels, digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.Proven ability to develop successful concepts.Proficiency in managing time spent on projects, and self-discipline to get the job done.Key competencies and skillsStrong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)Extensive understanding of brand guidelinesExpertise in typography and layout to create clean, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs for digital and print materials.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaboration and TeamworkCreative problem-solving and excellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Adaptability and flexibility.Understanding of Digital and Print Media.Multimedia Content Creation.Knowledge of Current Design Trends.Brand Storytelling.Who we areGlencore is one of the world's largest global diversified natural resource companies and a major producer and marketer of more than 60 commodities that advance everyday life.
