The role involves managing creative communication projects from concept to delivery, supporting brand development, and creating multimedia content to enhance internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities Creative Project Management : Develop, execute, and manage projects aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Brand Development : Support brand consistency by maintaining and updating guidelines.
Content Creation : Create and manage multimedia content, including videos, animations, presentations, and infographics.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with internal teams and external vendors to meet business objectives.
Team Support : Provide input, feedback, and guidance to junior team members.
Accessibility and Standards Compliance : Ensure digital and print assets are accessible and adhere to design standards.
Trend Awareness : Stay updated on design trends and integrate new tools and technologies.
Administrative Oversight : Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Senior Creative Communications Officer.
Requirements Experience Requirements 5–7 years in a creative role (agency or corporate).
Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver integrated marketing/advertising campaigns.
Experience across various channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
Key Skills and Competencies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and typography .
Expertise in digital and print media production.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
