Process bulk vettings as allocated. Monitoring & Exit: Assist with monitoring actions and alerts Provide input into investigations General: Product Reporting Product customer and service provider liaison Incident and Problem Management (including resolution) Product Infrastructure management and support Risk management and risk mitigation Change management of defects, upgrades and innovation changes Maintain and update product collateral Involvement in product projects and testing QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE Relevant Business/Information Management degree/diploma Relevant and required computer literacy capability EXPERIENCE Experience in Banking and the financial services industry Operational knowledge of the financial services industry Banking  jobs
