Requirements: Our client is looking for a caring and passionate individual, who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an excellent service within a large branch in East London, with a strong commercial acumen to help successfully grow the business while providing the highest quality of care to all clients.
A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.A very good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.Experience in leading a team to provide quality domiciliary care services.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.The ability to build fantastic working relationships.Strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.The drive and motivation to develop our care services.Strong organisational, communication, and planning skills.Flexible to meet the demands of the business.Location: This position is based in East London and is commutable from Camden Town, Woolwich, Greenwich, Barking, Ilford, Finsbury Park, Notting Hill, and Wood Green.
