Position DescriptionAn award-winning law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team. This role primarily involves dealing with health and welfare cases in the Court of Protection, managing a caseload of welfare matters, including applications pursuant to s16 and s21A of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
