Your ResponsibilitesProvide strategic leadership by driving the overall strategy for the South African entity, ensuring it aligns with the company's global vision and regional objectivesDevelop and execute comprehensive financial plans for the entity with a focus on profitability, cash flow, and long-term sustainabilityLead, mentor, and offer strategic guidance to the South African team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environmentManage the entity-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process, ensuring all teams are aligned to meet regional and company-wide goalsIdentify growth opportunities in the market, including both new business ventures and the expansion of existing services or productsEnsure compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly in relation to financial and employment mattersLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, including global leadership, local authorities, and partners, to align interests and drive mutual successContinuously review and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costsOversee and align supply chain processes between Europe and South Africa, ensuring seamless operations and timely deliveriesCoordinate fabric supply with global suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring optimal inventory levels What you can expect from usA company in its strongest expansion and growth phaseGreat technical equipment - we provide you with everything you needA warm and open atmosphere and an inspiring working environmentCreative freedom and colleagues who are among the best in their fieldA good salary and flat hierarchies About YouProven experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Country Manager, Managing Director or similar position within an international business environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and people management abilitiesStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results and execution Important to knowYour CV & cover letter must be written in English (our company language)
