Your Responsibilites Provide strategic leadership by driving the overall strategy for the South African entity, ensuring it aligns with the company's global vision and regional objectives Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans for the entity with a focus on profitability, cash flow, and long-term sustainability Lead, mentor, and offer strategic guidance to the South African team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment Manage the entity-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process, ensuring all teams are aligned to meet regional and company-wide goals Identify growth opportunities in the market, including both new business ventures and the expansion of existing services or products Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly in relation to financial and employment matters Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including global leadership, local authorities, and partners, to align interests and drive mutual success Continuously review and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs Oversee and align supply chain processes between Europe and South Africa, ensuring seamless operations and timely deliveries Coordinate fabric supply with global suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring optimal inventory levels What you can expect from us A company in its strongest expansion and growth phase Great technical equipment - we provide you with everything you need A warm and open atmosphere and an inspiring working environment Creative freedom and colleagues who are among the best in their field A good salary and flat hierarchies About You Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Country Manager, Managing Director or similar position within an international business environment Excellent communication, leadership, and people management abilities Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results and execution Important to know Your CV & cover letter must be written in English (our company language) #J-18808-Ljbffr
