Country Manager

Requirements: Experience with electronic cards and channels is a plus. At least 7 years' experience in the banking industry. Strong skills in alliance management. Must be a Namibian national. Excellent ability to develop and manage customer relationships. Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Creative thinker with innovative ideas. Knowledge of alternative payment products. Strong product development and management capabilities. Ability to develop, defend, and execute a business case effectively.
