Country Finance Controller And Hr

Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong background in accounting
Basic skills in financial analysis and control
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to self-motivate and work independently while keeping to deadlines
Strong communication skills

Key Duties:
Reporting and Analysis:
Timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
Monthly consolidation of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet
Support management decisions with financial analysis and ad hoc reports

Financial Management:
Oversee payroll systems, changes and compliance with legislation
Prepare and submit tax calculations and returns (VAT, EMP, IRP6)
Manage B-BBEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development

Process Optimization and Compliance:
Optimize business processes for audits
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and external regulations

Credit Management:
Monitor and manage credit limits and standing of counterparties
Address late payments and credit issues and maintain relationships with external service providers

Team Leadership:
Lead, evaluate and develop financial staff
Cooperate with accounting for accurate and compliant financial operations

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
Handle additional tasks as needed, supporting various financial and operational activities
