Counter Sales Associate

Position Overview: As a Counter Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, handle transactions, and provide expert advice on our range of products. Your role is vital in delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Industry: Retail - Cannabis Coffee Shops & Vaping

Hours: 10/11 am - 21/22 PM.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product selection and provide outstanding customer service. Handle transactions using POS systems and manage cash flow. Maintain inventory levels and ensure organized product displays. Promote a welcoming and clean store environment. Stay updated on the latest trends in cannabis and vaping. Requirements: Proven experience in a retail environment, ideally in the cannabis or vaping industry (candidates without this experience will not be considered). Familiarity with POS systems and cash management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Matric or equivalent qualification. Immediate availability to start.
