Counselling Psychologist

About the Role Our client, an upcoming rehabilitation center, seeks a qualified Counselling Psychologist to join their team. This role is essential to providing comprehensive psychological care and support, aiding individuals on their path to recovery. The ideal candidate will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual and group counselling, and develop and implement mental health treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Key Responsibilities · Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate and diagnose patients mental health status · Provide individual and group counselling services to support emotional and mental well-being · Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals · Support individuals in their recovery journey by implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions Qualifications and Experience · Bachelors or Masters degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field (Master's preferred) · Proven experience in clinical psychology or a related healthcare setting · Strong skills in psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention · Familiarity with mental health practices and rehabilitation programs Additional Skills · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · High degree of empathy and emotional resilience · Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
