Costings Accountant

Costing AccountantWe are looking for a Costing Accountant to provide guidance on cash management and day-to-day company expenses.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accounts receivable, document bills, and supporting documentation.Maintain accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt, and gathering appropriate signatures.Gather payroll expenses and input into the appropriate entry line.Prepare quarterly budget under the purview of senior management.Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets.Provide regular reports on costings, variances, and actuals.Able to process source info on Pastel and generate the respective reports for decision making.Prepare cash flow forecasts.Must Have Experience With:ExcelCostings and BudgetsCash Flow ForecastsDesired Experience & Qualification:Proven work experience as a Junior Financial Consultant, Financial Adviser, or similar role.Must have sufficient experience in costings and budgets.Salary: Between R 30 000 to R 35 000.
