Costing / Warranty Clerk

A leading Motor Vehicle Dealership in Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Warranty/Costing Clerk to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Follow up daily on orders and process monthly costings Reconcile stock on Pastel after stock takes Manage daily control checklists to track shortages Coordinate payments through the accountant Prepare month-end reports in Excel for key clients Handle general office administration, including answering the switchboard Schedule appointments and process repair orders, quotes, and invoices Provide customer support via phone and in person at the dealership Qualify customer concerns and log them for technician review Order additional stock as needed to ensure timely repairs Obtain customer approval for all remedial work to be completed Liaise with the warranty technician to ensure efficient service and adherence to turnaround times Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warranty claim activities Handle general day-to-day invoicing administration Requirements: Experience as a costing clerk in an automotive dealership Proven ability to lead a team and exceed sales targets Grade 12 certificate Proficient in Evolve software Valid drivers license and own transport Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous) Strong adaptability to changing business needs Experience with warranty claims administration and processing Apply now (Please note that only candidates with the abovementioned requirements would be considered and contacted)
