Duties: Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for various projects based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.Utilise AutoCAD software to review and interpret project drawings.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements.Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and completeness.Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and project documentation.Monitor and track project costs and changes, providing regular updates to management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, pricing, and best practices.
