Costing Estimator Pinetown Durban Salary: Market Related, Permanent Purpose of Position: Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Costing Estimator for a position based in Pinetown, Durban, Kwazulu Natal.
A detail-oriented and experienced Estimator / Engineer who is proficient in AutoCAD to support project planning and budgeting efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, a solid understanding of engineering and oil, gas or refractory practices, and the ability to use AutoCAD in 2D to enhance project accuracy and efficiency.
Salary includes a Laptop and Cell phone will be provided by the company.

Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here - https://bit.ly/3LkgmiK Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills Proven experience as an Estimator in the refractory industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of Refractory drawings and plans.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.
). Duties: Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for various projects based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.Utilise AutoCAD software to review and interpret project drawings.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements.Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and completeness.Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and project documentation.Monitor and track project costs and changes, providing regular updates to management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, pricing, and best practices.
