Cape Town based / Permanent role
Requirements: Degree (Accounting or IT) Hospitality / food industry experience Restaurant / menu planning experience POS processes and systems experience Proven analyst experience Menu costing experience Experience tracking and analysing sales data Experience generating forrecasting solutions Generating pricing scenarios, wholesale and location spesific impact International sourcing and costing experience Competitor analysis experience Costing analysis for implementation of production recpes Duties: Menu costing and data analytics Apply menu changes to align with menue cycle and promitons Database management Create stock codes, groups and unit of measure an dcount sheets with POS system Detailed and extensive job spec will be provided to shortlisted candidates that meet the job and qualification requirements
