Willing to work overtime and be available after business hours.Business travel, nationally.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCERelevant tertiary education (CTA/CIMA will be advantageous)Pastel Evolution/Xero experience will be advantageous.At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSPreparation of monthly statement, management reports and demand letters.Maintain confidentiality and non-disclosure of confidential information.Maintain financial security through internal controls.Comply with payment, reporting and tax requirements as well as SARS regulations.Quality control on invoicing by company ensuring accuracy and timeous forwarding.Assist with and manage system reconciliations.Manage credit apps received from new clients as well as requests for new client accounts to be opened on the relevant accounting systems.Renewal of facility letters.Sign off recons, cash flow and cash flow forecast.Maintain all financial transactions that affect the creditors book and age analysis.Professional preparation of all documentation sent out to clients/contractors.Prepare annual budget and budget resets. Assist and manage liaisons when annual audits are performed.Balance sheet recons and releasing of payments.Implement, control/manage resources and procedures within approved budget guidelines.Monitor service deliverables to ensure services are completed within budget.Directing and coordinating activities of the entity concerned with the operation, pricing, sales and distribution of client products.Developing of plans and processes to improve efficiency and performance.Monitor performance of implemented solutions continuously improving implementation capability.
