Underpinned by a global footprint with local presence, we are a market-leading technology, engineering, construction, and service partner for industrial plants and systems.The successful incumbent will be required to fulfil the following job description but not limited to:Audit assistance Take Auditors through systems and procedures. Resolve all cost queries on various contracts. Contract Setup Setup control base with detailed work breakdown structures according to Company standards with the estimate received from the business lines, sales, and/or proposal. Allocate budgets to the detailed control based with information from the estimate. Monthly reporting: Internal and Client Gather information from SAP and manpower planning, discuss man-hour requirements and deviations with all disciples involved. Assess and highlight risks and opportunities for the project from a cost control and cash flow perspective. Invoicing EPC Contract: Update the detailed activity schedule with the current schedule. Assist with and/or prepare invoice and issue to the Client. Reimbursable contract: Assist with and/or gather all actual timesheets, invoices, and other cost-related documentation for the month. Assist with and/or prepare the invoice with correct rates and fees and issue to the Client. Contract Cashflows Setup cash flow based on the original estimate and the Accepted programme. Update the cash flow with more accurate dates as the PO's and contracts are placed (materials and contracts). Update the man-hours with the latest cost report and manpower planning information (man hours). Adhoc cost control Where applicable, check timesheets completed by all employees on the project and upload into SAP. Prepare ad-hoc reports, presentations i.e.: earned value reports. Qualification3 year Accounting or Accounting/Controlling related Degree/Diploma.Additional Educational RequirementsGood knowledge of MS Office applications, Access database, Planning / Project Management, Cost Control, Estimating, Procurement.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years relevant experience of which at least 3 in the engineering or construction industries with exposure to EPCM and EPC projects.
