COST CONTROLLER/ COST & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING About the job COST CONTROLLER/ COST & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTINGMANUFACTURING COST CONTROLLERMilnerton R27 000 36 000 PM + PROVIDENT FUNDA company in the manufacturing and installations sector seeks a Degreed Cost Controller to do the capturing of all Creditor's invoices and returns & debits, linking to GRNs, reconcile to suppliers statements and prepare for payment, generate monthly Service Level Agreement Invoices, quote clients for new Service Level Agreements and maintaining a record thereof Costings / Quoting, ensure correct Stock pricing on Pastel Partner Accounting system to be updated and communicated by Stock Controller / Workshop Manager. Experience doing BOMs and price/cost negotiations is a big part of this role, so you will need to be assertive and must have manufacturing experience.You will be responsible for updating local costing template as required, all local pricelists and technical reporting templates as required, all templates with new local rates for quoting purposes Costings / Quotes for imported and local supply stock administration, querying stock items where applicable / querying BoMs where applicable.You will prepare for and assist with monthly/annual stock counts, reporting on stock variances between actual and theoretical, and investigating variances. Ensure correct stock levels in place in Cape and Johannesburg in conjunction with Stock Controller Reporting. Weekly / Monthly reports on stock levels and reports on the status of all projectsMin Requirements: B.Tech Degree in Cost & Management Accounting or similar tertiary qualification 5+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of Bills of Material processes essential Experience in costing and quoting for management Computer literate in Pastel Partner, MS Excel and MS Word Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing Attention to detail Enjoys a varied role in a team orientated environment.
