Duties:Prepare and analyze cost data to determine product and operational costs, including direct and indirect costs.Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and improve cost efficiency.Monitor and report on variances between actual and budgeted costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Qualifications & skills: BCom and Honours degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Previous experience in a financial services industry environment is essential.Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
