The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing financial performance through accurate cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring efficient cost management within the manufacturing environment. Duties: Analyze and report on manufacturing costs and trends to enhance cost efficiency. Develop budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning and strategy. Maintain accurate product cost records to support pricing and profitability. Create monthly reports on financial metrics and performance. Compare actual costs to budgets, explain discrepancies, and recommend actions. Oversee inventory levels and valuations to ensure accurate records and control. Use SAP for accurate financial reporting and cost tracking. Enhance financial processes and cost management efficiency. Align financial goals with production, procurement, and sales teams. Qualifications & skills: BCom in Accounting, BTech Cost and Management Accounting, or CIMA qualification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a cost and management accounting role. Experience in SAP is essential. Proven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong knowledge of costing principles, budgeting, and variance analysis.
