Cost Accountant (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities: Analyse complex financial data to identify trends, business risks, and opportunities, supporting managements strategic decisions. Design and implement efficient financial processes to enhance operational and cost-efficiency. Prepare regular management reports that provide actionable insights into financial performance. Conduct variance analysis, budget forecasting, and cost control measures aligned with manufacturing demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance, emphasizing cost-saving initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CIMA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred. 3 - 5 years experience in cost and management accounting within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling. Proficient in relevant financial software and advanced Excel skills. Afrikaans-speaking, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Residency within Centurion or nearby areas preferred.
