Cost Accountant

Reference: 9732 SJ Consultant: Sone Johnson Job Description: Assist the Costing Accountant by checking and validating creditor invoices received by comparing the information to what is captured on the export system.Assist the Costing Accountant to keep track of creditors invoices on the invoice checklist and compare the checklist with the invoices captured on the export system.Follow up on invoices and queries as assigned by the Costing Accountant and resolve these queries as promptly as possible.Assist the Costing Accountant to maintain the deduction logs per grower to ensure accurate cost recharges.Assist the Costing Accountant with the preparation of the monthly intake reports.Assist the Costing Accountant in identifying any deviations/anomalies as well as the possible causes thereof.Work closely with the Costing Accountant to ensure all operational costs are captured on the export system and check that it correlates with actual creditor invoices received.Qualifications: Senior Certificate.BCom Accounting tertiary diploma/certificate.Costing Accounting Experience (1-2 years).Experience in the perishable export industry (desirable).Driver's license and own transport.How to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to ******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
