Job DescriptionTo compute the cost of different services and activities performed inside the organisation using established, scientific processes in order to support internal reporting requirements and cost efficiencies.
Review and approve cost models aligned to standard drivers and methodologies.Design and implement new or cutting-edge systems, solutions and processes and initiate innovations and changes aligned to business strategy.Ensure the development, alignment, and implementation of end-to-end processes within area of accountability for continued process improvement.Provide advice and insights to the business through cost analysis to support decision making and to seek new ways to improve profitability.Oversee and approve the overall budgetary process in terms of spend and forecast adjustments.Manage end to end costing projects involving a segment, business unit, function, or country/region from strategy articulation through to model design and implementation.Define, develop, and maintain Costing policies, procedures, standards and frameworks and provide thought leadership and ensure effective management of practice.Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters.Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture.Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances.Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.Improve business profitability through efficient use of profitability model.Demonstrate leadership behaviour through personal involvement, commitment, and dedication in support of organisational values.Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 17/01/25
