Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can: Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsProvide input into costing projects involving a segment, business unit, function or country/region (as applicable)Influence creative business solutions, optimise processes and inform strategic decisions through cost modelling and data analysisBuild, run and execute profitability models and provide required reports for businessProvide feedback to the business on monthly and ad hoc analysis and reports to support decision makingBuild and calculate cost models and work within established work and service processesConduct review and scenario planning to provide guidance on budgetary process in terms of spend and forecast adjustmentsDevelop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvementsProvide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Relevant Diploma/Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Costing, Mathematics or similar3 to 5 years' experience in costing/commercial/finance/pricing, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist levelKnowledge and experience in Analytics Costing/Pricing principlesCIMA/Associate General Accounting (SA)/ACCA or SAIPACosting experience / management accounting experienceExperience in activity based costingRun month end costing models and budget modelsAbility to work with large sets of dataAbility to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlinesAbility to understand budget movements and communicate with impacted stakeholdersStrong excel skillsAttention to detail is requiredExperience in SQL/PowerBI or similar will be preferredYou will have access to:
