The Corporate Sales Specialist has the responsibility to identify corporate sales opportunities and building long term relationships with fleet and micro rental customers to yield incremental volume and share for the Brand and to ensure that economically and according to needs, that dealers are empowered to manage and grow their fleet business Possible Tasks within this Role Coordinating and managing a corporate sales contact programme for a portfolio of key accounts Using the SAP CRM system and CRM processes to maintain and manage relevant and accurate data on clients Optimally utilising the fleet of demonstration vehicles in marketing and promoting company products and the Brand amongst corporate clients Monitoring and analyzing competitor fleet activities and formulating recommendations in this regard Negotiating with fleet owners to secure incremental vehicle sales Participating in new product launch meetings Advising and informing dealers and other Divisions regarding corporate sales matters Participating in the development of corporate sales policy with fleet owners which includes developing and producing recommendations regarding guidelines for fleet packages Analyzing customer feedback and formulating recommendations regarding changes to vehicle specifications and an ability to facilitate quick resolution of customer queries (technical or otherwise) Planning and coordinating a corporate sales promotions programme for the region Evaluating specific corporate sales results and determining further actions required Focusing and measuring dealer efforts in the following areas: Dealer corporate sales strategies, prospecting systems, fleet sales staff development and selection, CRM processes, dealer fleet marketing initiatives, regular client visits and securing of new business Forging links between the dealer network and corporate customers with a focus on increasing sales Liaising with the relevant Regional Sales Managers to ensure optimum sales results Handling relevant corporate sales related projects on an ongoing basis to develop and enhance the operation of the department Qualification requirements A recognised Degree / National Diploma in Marketing or Sales Experience needed Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail/marketing Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing of vehicles and sales with above average product knowledge Essentials Experience in dealing with large client groups The ability to look at the bigger picture and offer a strategic input A very good understanding of CRM and customer contact programmes Proven negotiating/influencing skills Good selling skills Good people handling skills Above average communication skills Great presentation skills Planning and organising skills
