Responsibilities As a Corporate Relations Reporting Specialist, you will:
Ensure timely and accurate departmental reporting. Analyze trends and communicate insights to team leaders and management. Monitor and report on retention statistics, identifying areas for improvement. Conduct quality assurance on departmental service reports. Manage and oversee departmental surveys. Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 with Mathematics (symbol E or higher) or Maths Literacy (symbol C or higher). Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business. Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and/or Relationship Management. 23 years experience in data analysis and report preparation. Skills Strong numerical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Systematic and organized approach. Analytical and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work independently. Compensation Remuneration is competitive and commensurate with experience level.
