DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS: Our client is a black owned private equity investment Company, with a large and impressive investment portfolio. They are looking to expand their team and are looking for an astute Corporate Finance Executive with strong experience in private equity, due diligence and advisory.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Qualified CA(SA)CFA Qualification advantageous3 – 4 years post article experience in a Corporate Finance roleExperience in Due Diligence and ValuationsExperience in pitching investment cases/opportunitiesRESPONSIBILITIES: The Private Equity Executive will join a specialist team and some key tasks will include:
