Corporate Finance Associate

An established firm with nearly two decades of expertise in investment, transaction advisory, and fund management seeks to hire a Corporate Finance Associate. The firm delivers corporate finance advisory services to a select client base, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in growing and enhancing these services.Responsibilities:Capital raising for M&A transactionsConduct advanced financial analysis, due diligence, and research on investment opportunitiesPerform valuations using approaches such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and MultiplesBuild comprehensive financial models to support investment decisionsOversee deal conclusion and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completedQualifications & Experience Required:Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))/MCom/CFA/FMVA qualification is essential4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisoryStrong skills in financial modeling, valuations, and analysisProven experience in corporate finance, mezzanine/ leveraged financeExcellent report writing and presentation skillsSolid academic backgroundIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
