This renowned advisory firm, recognized for its excellence in investment and M&A, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Finance Associate. The firm provides tailored financial expertise to businesses, guiding them through mergers, acquisitions, capital raising initiatives, and strategic investment choices.

This managed firm, established nearly two decades ago, specializes in investment, transaction advisory, and fund management. The team provides corporate finance advisory services to select clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing and expanding the firm's corporate finance advisory services.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is mandatory
3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and analytical tasks
Demonstrated experience in corporate finance or private equity (3-5+ years)
Proficiency in valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence processes
Outstanding report writing and presentation skills
Strong academic background
