Transaction Execution: Support the structuring, arrangement, and implementation of corporate finance deals, ensuring timely and efficient delivery aligned with risk guidelines.
Risk and Revenue Evaluation: Assess potential risks and revenue opportunities for client engagements and present findings to the Engagement Committee.
Project Oversight: Lead assigned projects from initiation to completion, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Market Trends & Insights: Monitor industry developments to uncover emerging opportunities and maintain competitive intelligence.
Business Development: Assist in securing mandates to achieve financial targets and elevate client service standards.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting client relationships by delivering bespoke solutions that meet their specific needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution, including financial analysis, market assessments, and review of legal agreements.
Presentation & Communication: Contribute to the preparation and delivery of compelling client pitches and execute structured transaction processes.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards for successful project execution.
Qualifications and Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) designation with at least 2 years of post-articles experience.
Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a high-pressure environment.
