Join them to shape the future of finance and make a lasting impact.Role Overview:They are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring 4–7 years of experience in M&A transactions, capital raising, financial modelling, and valuations, along with a solid foundation in investment, risk, and credit. A strong technical background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics is highly desirable to thrive in this role.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support M&A transactions, including deal origination, structuring, and execution.Develop and review financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business valuations.Conduct in-depth market research and financial due diligence to inform strategic decision-making.Manage capital-raising processes, including preparing investor presentations and information memorandums.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and other financial partners.Provide advisory support in risk assessment, credit evaluation, and investment analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CA, FRM) is advantageous.4–7 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, or related areas.Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuations, and data analysis.Experience in risk and credit assessment is essential.Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead projects with minimal supervision.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
