Requirements: Recognised accounting qualification; Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field; Good understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and commercial acumen; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial modeling tools is a plus; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity. Role & Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly management accounts, budget variances, and forecasting; Support the commercial team by conducting pricing analysis, contract reviews, and profitability assessments; Develop and implement financial models to support business decision-making processes; Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic initiatives; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, provide insights, and support stakeholders; Assist in the annual budgeting process by compiling data, preparing schedules, and analysing variances.
