Through a powerful alchemy of creativity and technology, we are driving business transformation across the entire value chain.Job DescriptionScope of the role:A creative individual who loves writing (in English, ability to write in vernacular advantageous); ability to write across traditional and digital platforms.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Develop and execute outstanding work across ATL/BT/Social and Digital.Understand the client's strategy and business context, and always aim to do work that performs.Work closely with multi-disciplined team members to generate concepts.Work collaboratively with integrated partners under the direction of the CD/ECD.On a daily basis report and update the status of jobs and issues to the CD/ECD.Present concepts both internally and to clients.Build strong collaborative relationships with the team, partners, and clients.Timeous execution of work against scheduled deadlines by the Traffic Manager.Ability to work on multiple campaigns at any given time.Cast actors for TV, content, radio, and listen to voice and video auditions.Write and brief production documents to the relevant production departments.Contribute to proactivity and innovative thinking on brands within the portfolio.Attend reviews.Keep abreast of advertising trends within industry best practice.QualificationsQualifications / Experience / Skills:Tertiary qualification in Copywriting / Advertising.A good command of the English language (both verbal and written).Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.Strong time management skills.Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on multiple briefs at any given time).Strong presentation skills.An eye-catching portfolio detailing ATL / BTL / Digital (TTL).Additional InformationPersonality Attributes:Team player.Ability to remain calm in a highly pressurized environment.Ability to take ownership and work in an autonomous manner.Meticulous with attention to detail.A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.Deadline driven.Adaptable.Resilient.Solution driven.Assertive.Other:Flexible to work beyond normal working hours (overtime if and when required).Interested candidates must please submit a concise CV.
