For more information, please visit kpe.utoronto.caYour opportunity:Reporting to the Director, Intercollegiate and High Performance Sport and under the general supervision of the Assistant Manager, Student-Athlete Services, the incumbent provides a wide range of academic success support services and guidance to intercollegiate and high performance student-athletes.Working in a diverse fast-paced, energetic team environment, the incumbent will be detail oriented and deliver accurate, effective, and efficient customer service while projecting a welcoming, positive and professional image for the Varsity Blues program at the University of Toronto. This position works closely with intercollegiate coaches, registrars, and on-campus academic support services staff to support the academic success of student athletes, and the University of Toronto high performance student-athletes.Your responsibilities will include:Implementing plans and process improvements for programs and service activityCreating and updating students records maintaining confidentiality of information. Processing all academic conflict lettersPromoting departmental events and programs to students and delivering presentations to promote programs, opportunities and/or initiativesDeveloping content for marketing and/or promotional materials and editing content for brochures, newsletters, websites and handbook.Liaising with various stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure consistent administration procedures are followed.Determining the logistical details and activities for events and/or programming, coordinating the schedule for programs and event calendar and handling expenses for events.
