MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASProvide MHR placement services to clients.Placement administration of panel members.REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma/Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEMS Office (e.g. Excel - v look up, pivot tables, filters, etc. Word - letters) and relevant software packages (e.g. MHRM, CRS)Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practicesRelevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA, etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplaceAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
