To contribute towards fit for purpose, safe and accessible building infrastructure for Capitec staff and clients through:Coordinating all tasks and projects relating to the Capitec property portfolioQuality controlling all building infrastructure to comply with internal standards and external legislation (look, feel, function, cleanliness, hygiene, and pest control). 
 ExperienceMinimum: At least 3 - 4 years' experience in a Facilities/Hotel management in a professional environmentCapacity PlanningPeople management/supervision of staffDealing with 3rd party service providersCoordination and stock control of suppliesOrganising and controlling site cleaning and maintenanceIdeal: 4+ years' experience in an office/facilities management position in a professional environmentQualifications (Minimum)Grade 12 National Certificate / VocationalQualifications (Ideal or Preferred)National Diploma in Hospitality or Office Management and Technology / Office AdministrationKnowledgeMinimum: Admin systems knowledgeHealth and Safety regulatory requirementsPeople management practices and principlesUnderstanding of the facilities/hospitality industryAdministration and document control practicesClient managementEvents coordinationIdeal: SAP Plant Maintenance or similar systemGood Project Management knowledgeSkillsAdministration SkillsCommunications SkillsComputer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)Interpersonal & Relationship management SkillsPlanning, organising and coordination skillsConditions of EmploymentClear criminal and credit record Capitec is committed to diversity and, where feasible, all appointments will support the achievement of our employment equity goals.
