This role involves preparing breakfast daily, baking fresh bread and pastries, preparing healthy and delicious lunches, and handling braais (barbecues).
The Cook must be 100% reliable, able to manage their time efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve daily breakfasts, including a variety of healthy and tasty options.Bake fresh bread, pastries, and other baked goods.Plan and prepare healthy, balanced lunches.Manage and execute braais (barbecues) for guests or family meals.Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times.Work independently and ensure timely meal preparation without supervision.Handle any dietary preferences or restrictions as required.Qualifications:Proven experience as a cook, ideally in guesthouses, private homes, or similar settings.Strong skills in baking, including bread and pastries.Ability to prepare a variety of healthy, nutritious meals.Experience with braai cooking and grilling techniques.100% reliable with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Good communication and organizational skills.
