A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Admin / Law BASIC SALARY : R20 000.00 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Matric Industry-relevant qualification (advantageous) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 2-5 years of experience required Strong attention to detail Deadline-driven DUTIES: Administrative work: Completing paperwork, documentation, and administration Client liaison: Communicating with clients, bankers, agents, and other relevant parties Managing deadlines: Ensuring timely completion of conveyancing tasks Document preparation: Drawing up and checking contracts, settlement statements, mortgage offers, and other legal documents Keeping clients up to date: Monitoring progress and updating clients' files Managing expectations: Managing expectations and keeping clients informed Raising invoices and payment vouchers: Raising payment vouchers and invoices and following up on collection Supporting with searches: Supporting with carrying out conveyancing searches HOURS: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 16:30 Friday: 8:00 16:00
